Hot Days

Hotter than blazes out there every day.  Have not had a heat wave like this for many years.
There is still a little activity out there, but, not much.

Suson Park in the Heat

Lots of heat and humidity in the area.  Only early morning, short walks until the heat warnings are lifted.
The heat is especially hard on Bogey.  Saw a sign at the Kirkwood Animal Clinic over the weekend.

"Summer walks with your dog......You try it with a fur coat on....."

So, until we get a break in the weather, we are hanging around Suson Park whenever we do head out.
Not a lot of fishermen or folks enjoying a picnic.

Early Morning

Headed to the park at around 6:30 this morning to try and beat the heat.  There was a very heavy dew on everything and the lighting was just right for a few of the Heron shots.  Found the GBH up in a tree and was able to take shots from multiple angles and  backgrounds.
