Beautiful Blue Sky

We got about 4 inches of fresh powder last night.  Covered up all the crappy looking old snow and ice and really freshened it up.  After clearing off the driveway, Pam, Bogey & I went on our walk about in the woods.
Unbelievable blue sky and the combination of the snow and the dark trees provided a great contrast

After our walks, I always drive down Meramec Bottom Road to the Tesson Ferry bridge and come home that route.  Today, as we got closer to the river, we saw a Bald Eagle circling over the Meramec River and were able to get a few decent shots.  Actually, my assistant got the photos as I was trying to guide the car to a good vantage point.
